Your Retreat Guides

Robyn Parets, Breathwork Energy Healer, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide & Founder of New England Breathwork

Hi all 👋! I’m the founder of New England Breathwork, ‘We Are Buddhaful’ and Pretzel Kids. I have been teaching yoga and pranayama for more than 22 years. I formerly owned Breathe Joy Yoga studio in Sharon, Ma., where I led 200-hour teacher training certifications for 10 years, along with retreats to Vermont and Belize. I’m also a certified breathwork facilitator/energy healer, trained by David Elliott in levels 1-5.

Along with my yoga ventures, I’m a former journalist and am currently obsessed with growing my own vegetables. I spend my free time pretending I know how to cook, renovating my house with flea market finds, teaching yoga and meditation, kayaking in New Hampshire, taking photos of faraway lands, and hanging out with my 3 adult sons, 2 dogs and 1 husband. You can learn more about my long and windy road here. Also check out my story at Pretzel Kids here.

Jill Coletti, Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Life Coach

Jill is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Sacred Space Holder & high vibe mama of two with a heart-centered mission to empower others to prioritize their own healing and fulfillment – because when we heal and take care of ourselves, we heal the world around us.

Some of her favorite ways to spread this mission is hosting women’s circles, Reiki shares, sound ceremonies and teaching Reiki to others.

When Jill is not in her Reiki room or on a sports field cheering her kids on, she may be found walking barefoot at the beach, exploring her quaint New Hampshire town or reading.  Never did she think she would be a plant mom, enjoy gardening or attempt her own sourdough starter- but those days have arrived. Life is always evolving. You can learn more about Jill here.

📣 Hear From Past Participants!

“I was so thrilled to see that Robyn was hosting a yoga retreat since I had been a student of hers for many years pre-pandemic. And she’s always been one of my favorite yoga instructors! So I signed up for the retreat immediately and invited a friend. It was a one-day retreat but truly felt like we were gone for a weekend! The yoga sessions were thoughtful, invigorating and customized to exactly what the group needed. We had plenty of opportunities to get to know the other participants at a group introductory session, crafting activity and lunch. Can I say more about the food?! It was amazing! There were plenty of options for all dietary needs and SO yummy. I can’t wait to join Robyn’s retreat again this year!” ~ Joan A.

The women’s wellness retreat provided me with a much needed sanctuary to recharge, realign while forging connections with like-minded women. Set against the serene backdrop of Weare, NH, the retreat encouraged relaxation, introspection and self-discovery. Through guided meditation and reflective practices, we embarked on a journey of inner exploration. The lunch provided was wholesome and crafted with care. I left feeling nourished in both body and soul. I found the whole experience to be well-planned, professional and well worth the price, and I look forward to going again.” ~ Shari V.
