Hi there! I’m Robyn.
I’ve been teaching yoga, pranayama and meditation for 22 years. After experiencing life-changing shifts with somatic breathwork, I knew this was my path forward as I’ve been sensing energy fields ever since I can remember. Besides my work with New England Breathwork, I’m the founder and CEO of Pretzel Kids, one of the fastest-growing children’s yoga companies in the U.S. Sometimes life gets so busy that I have to remind myself to ‘just breathe’ 😉.
